Reid Harrison-Ducros grew up in Houston and Dallas, Texas. His enthusiasm for sports began at the age of 5, and he developed a particular passion for football by the age of 7. As a 3-star recruit with an offer from Yale, he accepted a full scholarship to Boise State University, where he earned Academic All-Conference honors for two years. He later transferred to Duquesne University, where he was a two-year starter, received 1st Team All-Conference recognition in his senior year, and was elected Team Captain.

He prepared for the 2020 NFL Draft at the Michael Johnson Performance facility located in McKinney, TX. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic led to the cancellation of his invitation to the NFL Regional Combine and pro day. However, while he awaited a call from a professional team, he was eventually approached to train others due to his extensive self-training experience. Embracing this opportunity with the same intensity he applied on the football field, he fully committed to personal training and has continued to move forward without hesitation.
